Start by sitting on the floor or on the chair, and then carry two weights in each hand in each hand, at first make sure that the weight does not exceed 1 - 2 kg so as not to put pressure on the arms significantly. Then you can increase the weight of the weight to 35 kg. Raise the arms while holding the heavens and make sure that the arm is straight up. Hold this position for 3 to 5 minutes as you can.
