With the change of seasons, the skin is exposed to many external influences, which have a direct impact on them, especially in the autumn and winter, where the cooler air causes dry skin, and exfoliates the skin.



Cosmetic experts recommend changing the daily skincare routine according to changing seasons to keep the skin healthy and protect the skin from dryness.
Daily skincare routine in the fall:


1- Soap-free skin lotion:



With increased chances of dryness and cracking of the skin, it is recommended to use a soap-free skin lotion.


2. Use a skin scrub with moisturizing oil extracts:



Exfoliating is a double-edged sword. Over-use can cause dry skin and premature wrinkles.



Experts recommend choosing a skin exfoliator with moisturizing oil extracts in the autumn and winter, or making a home exfoliator by adding 3 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil to 1/2 cup of sugar, drops of lemon juice and using the mixture to massage wet skin for 3 minutes, Rinse with lukewarm water, then cold water and repeat the catcher twice a week.


3- Moisturizing skin on a daily basis:

6- Sunscreen:



Sunlight may not be as strong in winter and autumn, but that does not mean going out in the day without a sunscreen.Use sunscreen on a daily basis.


7- Foot Care:



Cracked heels, roughness is the biggest problem in autumn and winter, which can be prepared and prevented with a strong moisturizer and wear cotton socks before bed, with peeling the heels using a strong exfoliator or using medical stone twice a week.
